Terms of restraining order

Once a restraining order is put in place in New Jersey, it prevents the party is to defendant to the restraining order for making any contact from the victim on the order. That’s typically calling them, being in their presence. There is typically some limitation on the amount of feed that the defendant could be within, in terms of contact with the plaintiff. Additionally, it often involves children if it arises out of material relationship or domestic relationship.
