I’ve been practicing law in Mercy County for over 20 years. At least half of my clients come from referrals from prior clients. They send their family members or they send their children to me. I also receive referrals from other attorneys. I guess they’re confident enough in my abilities that they feel free to send their clients to represent them in motor vehicle or criminal matters.

I also send out direct solicitations to people if you received a ticket in the last week you’ll probably be receiving a letter from my office, and I do this because I feel a lot of people don’t have any experience in going into the municipal courts or handling these traffic matters. They don’t know the consequences of a plea of guilty to something, they may feel it’s minor. My experience shows that it’s not a minor situation when your insurance is going to be increased and Motor Vehicles may hit you with some other sanctions. So, therefore, I believe with my experience and the years I’ve devoted my practice to this one area I could probably help you, and that’s the reason why I send you those letters.
