License Suspension

An individual’s license can be suspended in New Jersey for many reasons. Often people are subject to administrative suspensions. That’s where the division of motor vehicles is suspending you because you have cumulated too many points or you haven’t paid state’s surcharges. There is also in court suspensions where a judge is indicated on the record that your license is suspended, whether it’s because of a prior driving law suspended, the DWI, leaving the scene of an accident. Some offense that carries with it a suspension and the judge is imposing, that’s suspension.
