Speeding Tickets

Speeding tickets in New Jersey are basically tickets for individuals that were driving over the speed limit. There is points attached to different speeds depending on the speed that you were found guilty of, it could be two points, it could be four points, it could be in excess of four points and in some situations individuals even lose their privilege to drive and I’m not talking about people who have accumulated points, I’m talking about an isolated incident where someone who drove by an excessive speed, typically, over 95 miles an hour. Most judges in the state will look to suspend a person’s license if they are convicted of speeding at that speed.
