The most common violations I see in my practice involve speeding, careless driving. For instance you’re in a car accident, you rear-end the motor vehicle in front of you, that’s careless driving. Running stop signs. A lot of times people say, well I stopped at the stop sign, well there’s two duties in that statute; stop and yield the right of way. So those are frequent moving violations that I see. Careless driving, running a stop sign, speeding.

I also see more serious violations, for instance, driving while intoxicated or people operating a motor vehicle without insurance or while their license is suspended. So that’s basically where the main emphasis of my practice is on with respect to moving violations.
